NUTRITIONAL CONSULT via Telehealth Appointment This is a 30-Minute discovery call with a Registered Nurse with Certifications in Nutrition to qualify if interested patient is an appropriate candidate for the weight loss program. MEDICAL CLEARANCE All patients must provide medical clearance to ensure a successful process. This is to identify specific health needs that may require monitoring or follow ups with your personal primary care physician. It is the patient's responsibility to provide labs and physicals. PRESCRIPTIONS All prescriptions will be given by Board Certified Bariatrician and Endocrinologist after receiving medical clearance.
