Get Started with StayRN with 5 easy steps

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Is StayRN a recovery home?
    StayRN is not a recovery home. Our nurses provide gentle nursing care in the comfort of your home, hotel, or Airbnb.
  • How do I book with StayRN?
    Please choose a package that will meet your needs on our [Services] page. Fill out the necessary forms, sign the contract, submit your valid ID, and then secure your surgery date with a non-refundable deposit. When booking, feel free to select a convenient time such as 10:00 AM (this is just to complete the booking process and allows you to proceed to payment) We will reach out on your pre-op day to confirm your surgery time and provide you with the finalized itinerary.
  • What are your payment policies?
    Make sure to keep a copy of your proof of payment for every transaction; a screenshot will be good enough for backup purposes. You can also send your screenshot to us via email if you wish to do so. The deposit paid at the time of booking is non-refundable. You need to sign a credit card authorization form and our service agreement after paying for the deposit. Balances must be paid 7 days before your surgery date. No refunds shall be issued for cancellations made on the day of surgery. If cancellations are made on the Pre-Op Day, a 50% refund shall be issued. All transaction fees should be covered by the client.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    Once you have chosen your package, deposits will be made through our website, and a credit card authorization form is required to be filled out. Our staff will email you to acknowledge your paid deposit and provide other instructions, reminders, policies, and the credit card authorization form. Remaining balances should be paid through Cash Payments and Apple Pay only. Feel free to reach out to our staff if you need further questions or assistance.
  • What if I’m coming alone?
    We can suggest available options or customize a package designed to meet your needs. Feel free to contact us via email or phone to discuss the best package for you.
  • Do you provide supplies?
    Yes, we do provide medical supplies in specific packages (36 Hour Package, Regular 3 Day Package, Deluxe 3 Day, 5 Day Deluxe, Sister Package)
  • Do you provide additional transportation if there are additional massages booked?
    No, we do not provide transportation to additional massages.
  • How can I join your team as a CNA?
    Kindly send your CV/Resume via email. We require someone to have a CPR certification and at least 2 references on your CV/Resume. Once you have our requirements, we'll set up a interview.
